ボーディングスクールとは
ボーディングスクールとは、共学、男子高または女子校の全寮制または寮生と通学生混合形式の学校です。生徒たちは２４時間体制のケアのもと、クラスメートや教職員とともに生活しています。ボーディングスクールでは、学校独自のカリキュラムにより、独立精神、リーダーシップを培いながら、学業のみならず、スポーツ、芸術といったそれぞれの才能を伸ばし、オールラウンドな人間形成に力を注いでいます。
アメリカには300以上のボーディングスクールがあり、学力、才能、立地、その他自分の条件に沿った学校を選ぶことができます。ボーディングスクールの中にはプレップスクールと呼ばれ、特にアイビーリーグをはじめとする、エリート大学への進学を目的としたボーディングスクールがあり、そのうちトップ１０の学校がTEN SCHOOLS（テンスクールズ）と呼ばれ、歴史が古く、学術的権威があり、進学実績のある最難関の名門校です。
ボーディングスクールのメリット

My son is an active boy and hard to take online classes.. However, Tiger Campus, the coaches are specialists for their own subjects and patient to the kid. My son understands coach’s explanations deeply even though online class. Since my son have started and challenged Math Olympics in February 2025, we could obtain medals.
