国際バカロレア(International Baccalaureate =IB) とは？
International Baccalaureate（IB）、International Baccalaureate Organization（IBO）は、1968年にスイスのジュネーブで設立された非営利団体です。4つの教育プログラムを提供しています。
- The IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)： 3歳から12歳までの子ども向け
- The Middle Years Programme (MYP)：11歳～16歳の子ども向け
- The IB Diploma Programme： 16-19歳の子ども向け
- The IB Career-related Programme：16歳～19歳の子ども向け
The IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)
PYPは、概念的な理解を育む、探究心をベースにした教科横断型のカリキュラムの枠組みを提供します。 3歳から12歳までの児童を対象とした、生徒主体の教育手法です。
PYPは、これらのコア科目（言語、数学、科学、社会、芸術、PSPE）に焦点を当てながら、様々な創造的学習プログラムやテクニックを組み合わせています。
The Middle Year Programme (MYP)
MYPのカリキュラムの枠組みは、8つの科目群からなり、幼い子どもたちに幅広く、バランスのとれた教育を提供しています。MYP の各年度は、各教科グループに対して最低 50 時間の授業時間が必要です。プログラムの最後の 2 年間は、慎重に定義された科目群の柔軟性により、生徒は地域の要件や個人の学習目標に対応することができます。
MYP は、これらのコア科目（言語習得、言語と文学、個人と社会、科学、数学、芸術、体育と健康教育、デザイン）に焦点を当てています。
The IB Diploma Programme
ディプロマ・プログラム（DP）のカリキュラムは、6つの科目群と、知識理論（TOK）、創造性、活動、奉仕（CAS）、拡大エッセイを含むDPコアで構成されています。
ディプロマ・プログラム（DP）コアの生徒は、知識の本質について考え、独自の研究を行い、しばしば社会奉仕活動を含むプロジェクトを完成させます。
The IB Career-related Programme
CPの学生は、IBディプロマ・プログラム（DP）の最低2コース、4つの要素からなるコア、およびキャリアに関連した学習に取り組みます。
DPコースはプログラムの理論的裏付けと学問的厳密さを提供し、キャリア関連学習はプログラムの学問的強みをさらに支え、実践的で実社会に即した学習方法を提供し、CPコアは生涯学習に必要なスキルと能力を開発するのに役立ちます。

My son has tuition for his Global politics IB under Craig S. and think he is an excellent tutor. He also has Anisia O. as his Spanish tutor and she is great as well. My son has made great improvement and better exam preparation since the tuitions with TigerCampus.

My son is an active boy and hard to take online classes.. However, Tiger Campus, the coaches are specialists for their own subjects and patient to the kid. My son understands coach’s explanations deeply even though online class. Since my son have started and challenged Math Olympics in February 2025, we could obtain medals.
